All products sold by Water Roots Day Spa are manufactured to meet the highest industry standards. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Reservations and Cancellations
We kindly ask that you provide your credit card information prior to booking any appointment at Water Roots Day Spa. This is to reserve your booking and you will not be charged in advance. This policy has been set in place to benefit both our clients as well as the livelihood of our staff.
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy due to high demand for appointments. A credit card is required to hold all appointments and in case you cannot make it, please cancel your appointment 24 hours before.
A “no-show” for an appointment will now result in a non-refundable payment for the full price of the treatment by credit card, gift certificate, series, or loyalty points.
We ask that you please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. We do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, your service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. Appointment reminders are sent by e-mail or we will remind you via phone to ensure your appointment is not missed. Water Roots Day Spa reserves the right to charge 100% of the service price when accommodating late clients.
By scheduling an appointment with Water Roots Day Spa, you are indicating that you understand and accept these terms.
Return Policy
Water Roots Day Spa will offer a full refund on unopened products within 14 days of purchase; a Spa Credit within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by a receipt. Skin Care products may be returned due to severe reaction within 14 days of purchase for a full refund accompanied by a receipt; within 30 days of purchase a spa credit will be issued.
Final sales on makeup, skincare, cosmetics, foot files, gift certificates, and sale/promotional items.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are strictly non-refundable, but may be used toward any service or product in the spa. Water Roots Day Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates.
Right to Refuse Service
Water Roots Day Spa reserves the right to refuse service(s) or a sale to anyone for any reason.
Our professionals will end a session and leave immediately if they feel uncomfortable, and all such incidents of harassment in words or innuendos will be reported to the authorities.
