Do I need to book an appointment in advance?

Booking an appointment in advance is highly recommended, especially for weekends and holidays, as these are our busiest times. However, we do accept walk-ins based on availability.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require a 48-hour notice for cancellations. Failing to do so may result in a cancellation fee, usually amounting to a percentage of the booked service cost.

What should I wear for my spa treatment?

You may come in comfortable clothing. For most treatments, you will be given the option to change into a robe and slippers. Undergarments can be worn for massages, but they are optional.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes, we offer gift certificates that can be purchased for specific services, treatments, or a flat monetary value. These make excellent gifts for special occasions. You can purchase them in our shop.

Do you accept WaySpa gift certificates?

Yes, we accept WaySpa gift cards for a select menu of services: Water Roots Facial, Aromatherapy Body Massage, Water Roots/ Sports Manicure, Water Roots/Sports Pedicure. WaySpa is redeemed for its full value and cannot be used for retail or gratuities. For full details, please see our WaySpa Policy.

Can I bring my own products for the treatment?

While we recommend using our expertly curated products for the best experience, we do allow guests to bring their own products for treatments. However, please consult with our therapists in advance to ensure suitability and safety.
