Cancellation Policy

To ensure the best experience for both our clients and staff, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the service.

• No-shows will result in a non-refundable charge for the full cost of the treatment. Payment will be processed using your credit card, gift certificate, series package, or loyalty points.

Any outstanding balances must be settled before booking future appointments. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
