I have been using Cindy's handmade products for a few years now and have always appreciated the purity of ingredients that she uses. When I've looked at other companies that have natural products, they always have fillers and other "dirty" ingredients in their list, I don't consider that to be pure.I recently used her rose and patchouli bath bomb and scrub. I passed by a woman and she stopped me to say how much she loved the scent that I was wearing. I made sure to tell her what the scent was and it's all natural!I continue to be a client of Cindy's because I trust that the blends that she creates for her products are pure and genuine, thank you Cindy for your creations!

Do I need to book an appointment in advance?

Booking an appointment in advance is highly recommended, especially for weekends and holidays, as these are our busiest times. However, we do accept walk-ins based on availability.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require a 48-hour notice for cancellations. Failing to do so may result in a cancellation fee, usually amounting to a percentage of the booked service cost.

What should I wear for my spa treatment?

You may come in comfortable clothing. For most treatments, you will be given the option to change into a robe and slippers. Undergarments can be worn for massages, but they are optional.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes, we offer gift certificates that can be purchased for specific services, treatments, or a flat monetary value. These make excellent gifts for special occasions. You can purchase them in our shop.

Can I bring my own products for the treatment?

While we recommend using our expertly curated products for the best experience, we do allow guests to bring their own products for treatments. However, please consult with our therapists in advance to ensure suitability and safety.
